Educational Opportunities: Regularly scheduled Continuing Education classes for License Renewal and general knowledge of pertinent industry information. Designation opportunities such as SRS & ABR and AHWD and Certification classes such as RENE for negotiation expertise. In addition, there is a variety of MLS and Financing classes to better serve your clients and be informed of relative changes in the market.

Young Professionals Network (YPN): Newly formed Young Professionals Network with regular social events and Community involvement projects. Take advantage of the ability to network with other Young Professionals in the local Board as well as those in other surrounding Boards and industries while supporting your local community.

Informative Monthly Luncheons: With Local community speakers, Legislative speakers, and County and City Representatives. Be some of the first to know about changes and growth updates in our local area.

Networking: Opportunity to network with other REALTORS® in the area, affiliates, and other local community players and businesses. Having a great group of vendors is vital to a healthy real estate business, and we connect you with some of the best of the best.

Community Involvement: Volunteer work and opportunities to support our Partners in Education, Habitat for Humanity, Georgia Mountain Food Bank, Toys for Tots of Hall County, Hall County Humane Society, SISU, Hispanic Alliance Georgia and others.

Lockbox sales: Save time and money by buying your Supra Lockboxes locally through our board.

Annual Awards Ceremony: Yearly themed event recognizing outstanding Realtor achievements in various areas including production and community/board service.

Website: Newly updated Website with information regarding upcoming training and classes both in person and online as well as easy access to register for those classes and our Monthly Luncheons and pay your Board Dues.

Legislative Advocacy: Learn about the REALTOR® Political Action Committee and how your investment protects our personal rights and the rights of our clients while ensuring that our industry is alive and thriving. In addition, you can attend networking events with our Candidates, meet with and hear from them at Luncheons and attend Days at the Dome to see them in action.

Contracts: Joining the Board gives you access to your Georgia Real Estate Contracts as well as Realtor Property Resource, National Association of REALTOR resources and Georgia Association of REALTOR resources including potential discounts on travel, insurance and other important items. These resources will allow you to better serve your clients with additional pricing/sales tools and market information while providing extra benefits to you and your family.

Growth and Leadership Opportunities: Become part of one of our many committees as a member or a chair. Opportunities to move into Local, State or National leadership through Local Director, State Director, Executive, State and National positions.
